U-11 & U-12 maximum of 14 players; U-13 thru U-19 maximum of 18 players
For the U-17 & U-19 teams with a roster of more than 18 players, you will be required to fill out a game roster prior to each game with a maximum of 18 players on the game roster.
Maximum of three guest players and 3 club pass players
- must have a guest player form from your respective state association
Valid USYSA player pass
Medical release required
Non-Wisconsin teams must have permission to travel from their state association

Teams can make hotel reservations directly with the hotels. Hotel rooms will be granted on a first come basis. You do NOT need to wait for a passcode.
